Distance Sales Agreement

This document contains the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement under Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation). By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

BUYER / CONSUMER: the person whose name, e-mail address and phone number are entered in the booking form. The buyer's details are stored in the booking record and shown in the confirmation e-mail.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and performance of the transfer service the buyer books electronically on transferise.com or in the mobile app.

3. Main features and price of the service (pre-information)

  • Service: passenger transfer between the pickup and drop-off points stated in the booking.
  • Date, time, route, vehicle class, passengers and chosen extras are shown on the payment page and in the confirmation e-mail.
  • The total price, including taxes, is shown on the payment page in the selected currency. Transferise charges no separate delivery or shipping fee.
  • The price shown does not change after the booking is confirmed; only changes requested by the buyer can affect it.

4. Payment

  • Payment is made online by credit or debit card, or in cash to the driver on the day of service, according to the method chosen in the booking.
  • Online card payments are taken through a licensed payment institution (e.g. iyzico) with 3D Secure verification. Transferise does not store card details.
  • Instalment options, if any, are shown on the payment page; instalment terms are set by the card-issuing bank.

5. Performance

The service is performed at the date, time and place on the confirmation (voucher), by the seller directly or through the seller's approved transport supplier. Details are in the Delivery & Refund Policy. The booking confirmation is sent to the buyer's e-mail address when the booking is completed.

6. Right of withdrawal

A transfer is a passenger transport service that must be performed on a specific date and time. Therefore the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation does not apply. The buyer may cancel under the seller's cancellation terms (section 7).

7. Cancellation, changes and refunds

  • Cancellations at least 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are not refunded, unless a different condition is shown on the booking.
  • If the service cannot be provided for a reason on the seller's side, the full amount is refunded.
  • Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Cancellation and change requests can be made in My Booking or at info@transferise.com.

8. Obligations of the parties

  • The buyer must give correct name, phone, e-mail, flight and address details, follow the meeting instructions on the voucher and be reachable on the phone number given.
  • The seller must provide the service in the booked vehicle class or an equivalent or higher class, in line with applicable transport, licence and insurance rules.
  • In events outside the parties' control (traffic, weather, road closures, official decisions) the seller makes reasonable efforts to provide the service or a suitable alternative.

9. Personal data

The buyer's personal data are processed to provide the service under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Privacy Policy, and are shared with the performing supplier only as needed.

10. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's or seller's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, Consumer Courts are competent. Complaints can first be sent to info@transferise.com. Mandatory consumer protections of the buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Entry into force

The agreement is concluded electronically when the buyer accepts this agreement and the pre-information form on the payment page and completes the booking. The text and booking details are sent with the confirmation e-mail and remain available on this page. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms & Conditions.
